# Odoo Rescue Assessment & Recovery Plan

## Who this is for

Canadian manufacturing, retail and ecommerce businesses with an existing Odoo
setup that keeps breaking, has unreliable data or workarounds, or has custom code
blocking an upgrade. This is an assessment of an existing system.

## Price and scope

CAD 2,999 plus tax. One database and up to three priority workflows.
Scope is confirmed before payment. Submitting an enquiry requires no payment.
Repairs, rebuilds and ongoing support are separate engagements.

## Deliverables

1. Technical debt audit: trace code, configuration and data issues in the selected workflows.
2. Standardization blueprint: identify what standard Odoo can replace, what must stay custom and what blocks upgrades.
3. Written recovery plan, order of work, fixed-price repair quote and proposed timeline.

The client keeps the roadmap and decides whether to commission repairs.
