Odoo Developer
- Position: Odoo Developer
- Type: Full-Time
- Mode: Remote / Work From Home
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years Required
- *Candidate must be from INDIA only
Key Responsibilities
- • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules as per business requirements
- • Consultation for Odoo modules and workflows
- • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs
- • Analyze existing business processes and translate them into Odoo workflows
- • Perform bug fixes, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- • Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to gather requirements
- • Conduct unit testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- • Upgrade and migrate Odoo instances across versions
- • Provide technical documentation for developed solutions
- • Participate in code reviews and maintain development best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Odoo development experience
- • Proficiency in Python and Odoo's ORM framework
- • Strong knowledge of Odoo 14/15/16/17/18/19 (community and enterprise editions)
- • Experience with XML, QWeb templates, and Odoo views (form, tree, kanban, etc.)
- • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database management
- • Experience with JavaScript, OWL framework, and frontend customization
- • Familiarity with REST API / JSON-RPC integrations
- • Knowledge of Git and version control workflows
- • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Educational Background
• BE / B.Tech / B.Sc IT / BCA / Diploma or a Computer Science or IT related field
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered

• Self-disciplined and able to manage time across time zones
• Team player with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
