By accessing trewac.com ("the Site") or engaging Trewac Forge for implementation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Trewac Forge provides Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, data migration, training, and managed support services. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

Descriptions and pricing on the Site are indicative. A binding contract is formed only upon execution of a written proposal or agreement.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that infringes third-party rights.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without our prior written consent.
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, case studies, and methodology documentation — is owned by or licensed to Trewac Forge and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Odoo® is a registered trademark of Odoo S.A. Our use of the Odoo name and logo is in accordance with the Odoo Partner Programme. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Odoo S.A. beyond our registered partner status.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. ROI estimates and projections presented on the Site are illustrative only and not guarantees of future performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trewac Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information presented on it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed £100.

Liability arising from signed service engagements is governed solely by the terms of the applicable Service Agreement.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Site or our service offerings at any time without notice. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
